What you need

cup unseasoned rice vinegar

tsp sesame oil

tbsp maple syrup

clove garlic clove

cup cooking oil
tbsp tamari soy sauce

cup white onion

tsp fine sea salt

tbsp fresh ginger
Instructions
0 Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. Pulse at first then slowly blend faster and faster to make the ingredients easier to move around and get a smooth end result. 1 Let it settle a little in the fridge so the flavors can meld.
