
Apple Cider Vinegar Coleslaw
Creamy coleslaw usually wins in my house, but this quick 15-minute Apple Cider Vinegar Coleslaw has been stealing the show lately. It’s made with a mix of shredded cabbage and carrots tossed in a bright, tangy dressing, and it’s now our favorite side dish for barbecues and picnics.
What you need

tsp ground black pepper

tsp garlic powder

tsp celery seed

cup cabbage

cup apple cider vinegar

tsp fine sea salt
tbsp salad oil

red onion

cup carrot
Instructions
0 Place cabbage, carrots and red onion in a bowl and mix well. 1 Add all dressing ingredients and combine. After mixing, allow salad to sit for a bit to combine flavors. I usually let it settle about 5-10 minutes but it’s still great the next day.View original recipe
