
Pineapple Salsa Recipe
This vibrant Pineapple Salsa recipe with creamy cilantro sauce is one of my favorite dishes to make during summer. It's sweet and tangy and takes just 10 minutes to prepare using fresh pineapple, red bell pepper, and cilantro.
What you need

cup fresh cilantro

cup fresh pineapple

cup red onion

tsp fine sea salt

tbsp serrano pepper

clove garlic clove

cup red pepper

tbsp lemon juice

tsp apple cider vinegar

tbsp garlic

cup raw cashews

cup pineapple juice
Instructions
0 Put pineapple, red pepper, onion, cilantro, Serrano pepper, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, garlic, and salt in a food processor. Pulse until chopped. 1 Drain the salsa with sieve and save the juice if making cream sauce. 2 Use in tacos, as a dip, in wraps, over nachos or simply devour with a spoon! To make cream: 5 Put all the ingredients except the cilantro in a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy. 6 Add in the cilantro and pulse to mix in. 7 Use as a topping in tacos, as a dip, in wraps, over nachos or simply devour with a spoon!View original recipe
